Please note that these are estimated delivery times. External factors such as customs processing, local postal holidays, or peak seasons may occasionally impact final delivery dates.
Tracking:
Every order includes a full tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order leaves the warehouse, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Important for International Orders):
Please be advised that for orders shipped outside of the United States (including Europe), your package may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees set by your country's government.
These additional charges are calculated upon arrival at the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Venzzo does not collect, manage, or assume liability for these local fees. If a package is refused or abandoned by the customer due to customs charges, any return shipping fees or losses will not be covered by Venzzo.
