Terms of Service
Overview:
This website is operated by Venzzo. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Venzzo. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Online Store Terms:
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Products and Prices:
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
Governing Law:
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Limitation of Liability:
IN NO EVENT SHALL VENZZO, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICE.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to the United States, the European Union, or any other international destination may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Venzzo has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
International Consumer Rights & Returns:
We offer a 30-day return policy for all eligible purchases, which extends and supersedes the minimum 14-day legal right of withdrawal required for consumers residing in the European Union. If you are an EU resident, you fully retain your legal rights under EU consumer protection laws within this period. Additionally, the European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) to resolve any dispute, which you can access at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
